CCH provides supportive, income-restricted, and transitional housing through 20 housing properties owned and operated by CCH, and assists approximately 1,800 households with housing assistance to find and secure affordable housing options.

RISE program - Designed for those ready to get serious about employment and sobriety, RISE is a 12 month job and life skills training program rooted in accountability, healing, and hope with housing provided. Participants live in a safe environment while working through a curriculum focused on practical job readiness, personal development, mentorship, and community life that supports long-term change.
